The Playback Bar

Every video window carries this control bar during playback — seven buttons, top to bottom:

Reviewing Your Swing

After capturing a swing, use these controls to analyze your technique.

Loop CountHow many times the video automatically replays. 0 = single playback; higher values let you watch the same swing repeatedly without touching your iPad.
0–10 loops
Audio & MuteRecordings capture swing audio. Playback starts muted — tap the speaker button on each video window to unmute. In dual view, each window has its own mute button.

Video Scrubber

Scrubbing

Drag anywhere on the progress bar to jump to that moment. A live preview shows the frame as you drag, and video automatically pauses when you start scrubbing.

Frame-by-Frame

For precise analysis, use the frame buttons below the scrubber: step backward or forward one frame at a time. A Bluetooth clicker or AirPods next/previous-track buttons step frames too.

The Focus Zone Panel

Tap the FOCUS button in the playback controls to open the Focus Zone panel — toggle Focus Mode, drag the green and red dots to set where slow motion starts and ends, and use the matching frame-by-frame arrows for single-frame precision.

Focus Mode — How It Works

Focus Mode automatically slows playback through the impact zone — the most critical part of your swing — while playing the rest at normal speed.

Normal Speed

Video plays at your normal speed (1.0×).

Focus Zone

When playback enters the Focus Zone, speed drops to ultra-slow motion.

Back to Normal

After the Focus Zone, playback returns to normal speed.

Focus Zone Settings

Toggle Focus Mode on or off in Settings → Focus Mode, or tap the Focus button during playback.

Focus DurationHow long the slow-motion zone lasts. Increasing it increases total playback time.
0.2s – 2.0s
Focus SpeedHow slow the video plays inside the zone. At 5 fps you see 5 frames per second instead of the original 120 — motion appears 24× slower.
1 – 15 fps
Impact PointThe app tags impact automatically (from version 1.4, using swing audio) and centers the zone on it. If it doesn't line up, shift it earlier or later: "At Trigger" = centered on impact; +0.3s = slightly after; −0.2s = slightly before.

Dual-Camera View

When recording with two cameras, scrubbing or stepping frames on one view automatically updates the other — compare the same moment from both angles.

Video Synchronization

LVPro-DSM tags the impact moment in each recording and uses it to anchor dual-camera playback automatically. If two cameras still sit slightly out of sync, tap the ↔️ icon to open the Sync Offset scrubber: drag to shift the secondary video, and use the frame step buttons for single-frame precision.

Sync Offset RangeTip: find a moment both cameras capture distinctly — like impact — then adjust until the frames align perfectly.

Sharing Swings

Share sends any swing out through the standard iOS share sheet — AirDrop, Messages, Mail, or straight into a coaching app. Dual-camera swings get export choices:

Combined Side-by-Side

Exports both angles into a single side-by-side video — your sync offset is baked in, so the clip plays perfectly aligned anywhere.

Separate Videos

Shares both camera files individually.

Primary Only

Just the main camera's video.

Secondary Only

Just the second camera's video.
