Slow Frame rate on LiveView fixed by WiFi Channel selection
If your LiveView is experiencing poor video performance and you have a recent iPad or Android device, we recommend taking a look at your WiFi channel. Low frame rate is often caused by interference from other Wifi sources such as your home network or other sources of RF interference. Changing channel can improve video performance by avoiding interference. You can try just changing your WiFi channel away from your current channel and moving up or down 3 channels to see if that improves performance. For more precision, use a wifi scanning app to see what channels are currently in use and set your camera to a channel at least 2 away from the channels in use.
